Is the Stainless-Steel bottle dishwasher, microwave, or freezer safe?

No, it isn’t. Our bottles are designed for durability, but not for extreme appliance use. Hand wash only - this extends the life of the materials and keeps your bottle looking its best.

 

How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?

Our insulated bottles keep drinks hot for 6 hours and cold for 12 hours, tested in normal conditions (like inside a bag, at your desk, or indoors). On a scorching summer day left in  direct sun? No bottle on earth defies physics; expect faster temperature loss in those situations.

 

Can I put boiling liquids straight in?

Yes, you can. Once filled open the bottle gently, as hot liquids can build steam pressure inside. It's safe as long as you open it slowly to release the pressure.

 

Is the bottle leak-proof?

Yes, when sealed properly. There is no need to over-tighten as this can wear down the silicone ring over time. A firm, comfortable twist like closing a household tap is all it takes to keep your bag dry.

 

What’s the bottle made from?

We use high-quality 18/8 stainless steel inside of our insulated bottles (201 steel exterior). The leak-proof ring is made from silicone derived from silica (like the sand) a more durable, healthier and stable option than plastics.

 

Are your products really sustainable?

Yes and here’s how we back it up:

• No Plastic Interiors

Our stainless-steel bottles are entirely plastic-free. The only sealing component is a silicone ring made from silica (derived from sand), not petroleum-based plastic.

• Built to Last

Our bottles are made from highly durable materials, so you won’t need to replace them every few months.

• No Greenwashing

We don’t add “eco” stickers for show. Our materials are selected for their durability and recyclability. We also avoid aesthetic plastics or fake bamboo details that serve no purpose and wear quickly, parts that are designed as "planned obsolescence"  so you end up at the checkout again.

• Fewer Products, Not More

We don’t push excessive consumption. We only offer essentials that you’ll actually use. If you already have a good bottle, keep using it. That’s real sustainability.

• Minimal, Conscious Packaging

Our packaging avoids unnecessary branding and plastic.

 

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on things.

 

Can I return my order?

Of course. We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or isn't quite what you expected, just contact us we’ll sort it out. Please read the refund policy here.
